A tilting lever is supported at one end of the shaft of the outlet side disk and connected at the opposite end to the inlet side disk in such a way that said tilting lever is raised in an inclined position into said separating chute in said intermediate position and thereby forces the log or logs positioned in said chute to roll from the notch of the inlet side disk towards the notch of the outlet side disk. The reciprocating rotary movement of said disks raises and lowers said tilting lever automatically without need of separate power means for tilting said lever.

This delta is achieved by the fact that the pusher is equipped with a sector, one end mounted on a disk interacting with a log feed conveyor, and the other end pivotally connected to a lever located horizontally and pivotally mounted on one shaft with disks interacting with a log conveyor.
In addition, the lever is located horizontally, while one end of the lever is pivotally mounted on one shaft with disks interacting with the log conveyor pivoting, and the second end is fixed on the disk interacting with the log feeding conveyor.

The device for the single-piece issuance of dannomer products (Figs. 1-4) contains two parallel shafts 1 and 2, to which the attachment is at least two pairs of ciscs remote from one another. One disk 3 in each pair of disks is rigidly fixed on one shaft, and the other disk 4 - similarly to another shaft. Rotating shafts are mutually connected by means, for example, gear sectors, to ensure synchronous rotation of the shafts relative to each other in opposite directions. One of the shaft is connected with the drive means, for example, a hydr opilim prom, turning jo this shaft reciprocally.
The device is also equipped with a transmitting means 5, containing a tilting lever 6, which on one side is attached to the bracket 7, pivotally mounted on the rotary shaft 2 of the cis 4, and on the other hand is attached to one end of the support lever 9 with a pivot pin 8 , this support arm at the opposite end prikrep- m LS to the other disc 3 via the pivot pin 10. Disks 3 and 4 are mounted one relative to the other so that when they are in the loading and unloading positions, the cutouts in the disks are oriented in opposite directions, i.e. the cutout 11 of the disk 3 faces the surface 13, and 35 the cutout 12 of the disk 4 faces the exit of the logs and when the disks are turned to the transmitting and separation positions, the cutouts of the disks form a common separation groove 15. 40
When the discs are in the loading position, one log 14 or several logs roll down from the surface 13 into the cutout 11 of the disc 3 on the input side. As the disks rotate to the 45th position, the tilting lever 6 is lifted and in the inclined position they enter the separation groove 15 formed by the cutouts, so that the logs 14 located in the groove roll down the lever towards a cut-out 12 of the disk 4 on the output side. When the discs change their direction of rotation and begin to shift to their initial positions of 55 holes, the overlapping end sections of the discs penetrate into the spaces between the logs located in the separation groove. As a result, the logs are separated and only one log remains in the cutout 12 of the disc output side. When the discs return to the unloading position, the distant log falls out of the cut-out 12 of the disc 4 on the output side. The support arm 9 of the tilt arm serves as a stop to prevent the logs from lowering over the surface 13 until the tilt arm reaches the lower position.
The embodiment shown in FIG. 5 and 6, differs from the previous version in that the transmitting means comprises only one tilting lever 16, which is attached to the top 17 of one side of the cutout 18 of the disk 19 of the input side of the device with a pivot pin 20, sliding in the groove 2 1 of the tilting lever.
The proposed implementation of the pusher and the installation of the lever allows to simplify the design ^ to increase the productivity of the device.
